Refund policy

We want you to love your Budak Studio jewelry. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items (engraved pieces, name necklaces, initial, birthstone or birth flower pieces made with your details) are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective or there is an error on our side.

How to start a return

Send us an email at hamza.budak@budakstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
